Burst Hydronic Heat Pipe
This past winter we had storms that resulted in severe cold snaps. The cold snaps caused lots of burst water pipes. This home had a pipe in their hydronic heating system burst resulting not only in water damage but a lack of heat. This before and after also shows the different stages in making your emergency like it never even happened. We have discussed these steps in earlier blog posts. In the after picture, the ice & resulting water and mold has been removed. The water damage has been mitigated. What remains is the rebuild process where things like flooring that could not be saved gets replaced.
