Beau Baumgartner-General Manager of Operations

Beau started with SERVPRO of Appleton in July of 2021.  Today he oversees our Appleton & Brown County operations.  He came to us with a broad background in construction related work, as well as 12 years of experience with another restoration company.  Beau is highly credentialed, holding IICRC certifications in not only the fire, water & mold categories, but all applicable restoration & cleaning categories, like Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Odor Control, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation, and Textile Cleaning.  But most impressively, Beau is an IICRC Certified Master in all 3 categories:

Fire & Smoke Restorer

Water Restorer

Textile Cleaner

Becoming a Master requires basic certification first, then Journeyman Status and eventually Master Status; each step requiring more in terms of years of work in the field and the passing of exams. Beau has invested a lot of time & effort to be so highly credentialed.

Beau & his wife have 5 children that keep them very busy.  Most of Beau’s free time is spent enjoying his family and engaging in activities with his wife and children.

Debbie Solway - Consultation

Debbie started with SERVPRO of Appleton in October 1994, and was instrumental in its founding and success.  She was the first employee of the franchise.  She brought with her over 6 years of management experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, and quickly put those managerial skills to work.

In December of 2021 Debbie officially retired and is enjoying her time traveling, playing golf and spending time with family at their lake home up north.

In her final 9 years before retirement Debbie focused less on day to day mitigation operations and focused primarily on heading up the rebuild side of our business.

Cleaning or drying your home or business after a disaster can involve things like removing woodwork or cabinets to properly dry behind them, removing drywall that can't be properly dried in place, removing wet insulation, removing materials affected with blood etc.  Our rebuild crew offers the additional service of rebuilding or putting your structure back together again.

While Debbie is officially retired, she has agreed to help out, on a consulting basis, when her many years of extensive experience would be an asset on a particularly big or difficult job.

Debbie is IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification) certified in:

Water Damage Restoration

Applied Structural Drying
